Tai Chi class is up and running!

Learn the ancient art of Tai Chi. Led by an experienced instructor from Immortal Palm, you will be on your path to learning Tai Chi from the first class. Lightweight shoes and loose-fitting clothes are recommended. There is no special equipment or uniform required. Classes meet Mondays at 6:30am. Let's move some Chi!
