Accepting Humana, Caresource, Buckeye, Amerihealth Caritas, Tricare, Medicare and Self-pay. All Zoom appointments/classes use Zoom ID 885-124-2209. Schedule your appointment or class using your computer or mobile device. Click on the button below to book your appointment. Then click on the menu to access Appointment or Book Class options. Offering appointments for Urgent and Emergency behavioral health needs. On April 11th, the building experienced water damage overnight that disrupted phone and internet service.
